FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many guests can we invite?
There is an 8 guest minimum at $22/artist is required to book your party. Our party area seats up to 16 artists. We can accommodate if you need more space. Parties larger than 16 people must call into the studio to reserve party.
Can we bring food?
Yes. You are welcome to bring any food or beverages that you like. We have a counter available for your use. We do recommend food delivered 45 minutes into the party so artists can paint before eating.
How long do parties last?
1.5 hours. You are welcome to more time at an additional cost.
Will I get my deposit back?
Yes! Your deposit will be applied to your bill at checkout.
What is the age limit for parties?
We recommend no younger than4.
Can parents stay for the party?
We offer ‘drop off’ parties due to fire code safety regulations, so only 4 non painters are permitted to stay.

PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
A $50+tax non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party. Payment in full is due at time of service.
Reservations are for parties of 8-16 artists. If attendance falls short of 8 artists, party host will automatically be charged the above stated fee for each spot not filled until the 8 person minimum is reached.
Example: If you have 6 people attend a pottery painting party, you will be charged an extra $46 ($23 each) to reach the 8 person minimum.
Due to capacity regulations per the Fire Department this is a drop off party only: Please advise the parents of your guests that they are to drop off quickly.
You are reserving table space at Fired Up’s public studio which has a party area, not a private room. Other tables, chairs and the front desk area are not for party use or party items. Party host assumes the risk for any breakage by guests. Creating price includes all set up of supplies, instruction, firing and glazing.
Sales tax is extra. Each piece will be in an individual bag with the person’s name on it, and all items will be boxed together for the party host to pick-up. Pottery will be ready for pick-up seven business days after the party; Fused Glass in 10 days; Clay in 14-21 days. We will help you set up and we will do all the clean up! Host is responsible for bringing food and drinks, paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, cups, and any decorations. Please consider tipping your party helper, it will be greatly appreciated.
Fired Up Art Studio is not responsible for any injuries suffered from improper or unauthorized use of the materials in the store, nor are we responsible for any lost or stolen personal property. All items left behind after 60 days, including pottery, will be donated to Goodwill. No balls, confetti, pinata’s or silly string allowed.
Only four non painters are permitted to stay. Seating is for painters only and aisles must be clear per the Fire Department.
